Ray- I appreciate that you didn't take it personal. I work in an industry where I have watched people loose jobs to outsourcing for 20 years so it kinda hits home to me. Others like your local bartender who have never experienced it may not have a clue but again it was just my opinion. Good luck with your outsourcing.
