Looks like a Z-28 to me. RPO LU-5 was only avail in a Z.
Check the hood for functional air induction. Doors should lift up together try them with your finger. Fiberglass hood or steel? Glass hood is early and Steel hood is late production. Also check to see if you can find any trace of clear headlite covers. That would make that car a Z-28-E where the "E" stood for the export only model a rare car today. BTW...LG-4 was a Carb fed 305 and the air induction doors were fastened shut and non functional.
