You'll have to drill new holes in the frame rails for the TH400 location. Just center the crossmember up on the trans mount and side-to-side, mark the locations and drill 4 new 3/8" (actually, 13/32" is better so you have some wiggle room) and bolt it down. Piece of cake. Glad to hear the motor mount issue is resolved.  Eric
