I beg to differ...BJ doesn't have to take it on the chin...
If there is something wrong with the car...BJ does an unwind...the car gets returned to the seller (or not...depending on what law enforcement does)...then the seller pays both the selling commision...the buying commision and any outstanding fees to BJ as well. Buyer gets his money back...BJ gets their fees...and the seller deals with the mess that he started... I think that it would be in the best interest of everyone to make it happen as soon as possible.
