Default replace the whole floor or just leave it alone

hello everyone,

i own an 68 camaro plain jane that the floor pans
are some what screw up.

also the trans tunnel was cut for a hurst super shifter.

rear floor pans by where the feet would be are just
reg. sheetmetal patches from the hardware store.

then the spot where the rear seat hold down clip is
rusty too. (drivers side hads more)

i can sun light where the floor meets up with toe boards
in front also

i took some pictures but did not want to get trouble posting them here.

any help or what you guys think please post.

thanks for your time
