Another 1969 Camaro California project car

My friend in Fresno California found another mostly rust free 1969 Camaro project car. This car came with a 307, turbo 350 trans, original black and yellow California license plates, dark green comfort weave deluxe interior, factory tach and console gauges, factory A/C and rear spoiler. The motor and steering box are missing and the car was in an accident on the right side. $4,500.00 or fair offer.
