I am going to try the white page angle online if I can figure out how to access the sight for San-Diego, I know a State Patrol up here, I will approach him, But I was told they track what the officers of the law do in the systems these days and they probably dont want to lose there job over a favor, That cant be exsplained easily to there boss, I dont think chasing information across county can be exsplained easily, I will get back if I find a angle that is helpful.
