Yes. The early version mounts only to the lower grille panel, has no bracing. It is depicted in the 1967 Camaro AIM on page D80 A1. There is an excellent photo of it in the April '68 Popular Hot Rodding.

The later version, somewhat larger with bracing, entered production late April or May 1968.

Both are reproduced.
