Nothing that unusual for a 1966 car sold in CA.
DM = 283 Powerglide with A.I.R. Hardly a "1 of 1" prototype. I would not have expected the 283 to need an over bore and rebuild at 10,000 miles. Maybe pull the engine to reseal; but internals should have been fine at that mileage. Car is nice, and well done; although I am really confused by the white inner fenders and lack of black out on the firewall. Maybe it was restored by a Mopar guy. Maybe that is how it was built and I am just a dumba$$. JMHO, but "rare" does not always equate to desirable.
