Law enforcement has been doing a halfway decent job of tracking and convicting these video cowboys using the highway signage, GPS coordinates, highway cameras, URL addresses/user names and cell phone tower pings. You are not anonymous anymore. They don't need evidence you were the person on the bike - they just take your bike (this guy is f-ed because he admits online in the comments that it was him on the bike).

He will probably get a door knock in the near future.
