There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. This charming historic service station is being offered for free to anyone who has an appropriate available site and a creative vision for the adaptive reuse of an endangered building.
Built in 1925,this little gem sits in the way of the proposed redevelopment of the King & High block.
The developer will pay to move the building if a nearby site is found.
This is a prime opportunity to recycle an entire building for a creative new purpose.It presents an opportunity to give the community a visible connection to the past while adding authentic visual character to a neighborhood,but action must be taken soon!
