Thanks everyone. Have got some thinking ahead of me about what gauges to put back on, and where to mount them. I found a 60's aluminum deck-mount tach tube to put the Sun blue line 9k tach back where it was in '71, so that detail's sorted. The cowl vent has a couple of holes in the ribs right in front of the driver, so figured that was for a fuel pressure gauge. Other gauges fitted in the dash area are SW (water temp and oil pressure) so I guess going with Sun or SW would fit the period.
