The $200 purchase price on the BMV page RLW68 posted could indicate sidestepping taxes and/or a poor condition parts car or project? Does the ACTIVE status noted on the page mean licensed w/ current tags or what specifically?  Keep moving and hopefully beating the bushes results w/ locals who know the car! Again, love to hear more of the Norwood guy and if he got the car new also anything of his time working @ the Plant.  ~ Pete .
