I've had good luck using Karp's brake service in Upland CA. They offer a re-sleeving service. I've only used them so far on Master cylinders and disc brake calipers but I'm pretty sure they can handle your wheel cylinders. They sleeve in stainless. Phone # for them is 909-985-0800 ask for Jeff.
