Such a shame but a good thing that the drivetrain's out of the weather..
A dirty trick no doubt but a couple Mrs. Kravitz type calls complaining of the 'old abandonded wreck' may make the guy think differently next time you drop in w/ cash in hand?. So what's w/ the ghost hiding behind the bird-bath?.  ~ Pete
