Hmmm...were you still a subscribed member? This software is flaky in the fact that if your subscription is *current* it will either take your info & discontinue subscription (thus dropping your "sYc member" status) or sometimes it will just hang up during the process...it will only succesfully work if your let your susbscription lapse...makes no sense, but that's *unfortunately* how it works!
