Stefano, Charley and all, The fact that the mirror was missing when SOLD may be true........and evidently is part of THIS cars history.
I certainly hope that people dont take this one particular item and try to make some gospel from it...... Can anybody imagine buying a NEW car today, and driving it 1100 miles without a rear view mirror. WHY Norman would not have had this addressed is beyond all imagination. At any rate its my opinion that EVERY 70+ Camaro left the assy line with its rear view mirror totally in place. Somewhere between Norwood and Norman taking receipt of the car, the mirror and extension arm went AWOL........
