Rick...Your Chevelle is WAY cool! I love the fact that you've kept it all these years...and that you are still so passionate and involved in the car world. With all of the judging/helping out that you do...it's amazing that you still have time to take pics as well!

I, for one, cannot wait for you and Claire and the rest of the family to make the move out to AZ.

Thanks again for sharing your pride and joy with all of us!

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks, but it's what I do.

BTW, Claire and I talk about the move every day, now that fall is here.

We both have a saying that I can't post here.

Back in '86, I had no interest in leaving Cortez Silver on this car, didn't "jump" like other colors. I liked Shadow Gray, and that's what I picked.

[/ QUOTE ]

Good choice. Shadow Gray looks great on the car. When you feel the car is ready for new paint it might be a wise $$$ investment to go back to the original color; that'll be a choice only you can make. But for now, SHE LOOKS FINE AS-IS!

Rick...Been parking next to you at cruises and car shows for about 5 years now and never really heard the full story about your chevelle. It is a great one. Folk's...Rick's 69 is one of the nicest chevelle's on the East Coast, but Rick himself far out weigh's the car. When I first got my chevelle back in 2004 and joined the Maryland Chevelle Club, Rick was the first club member I met. Since then he has coached and helped me with my car. He has answered countless questions and is always there to help with technical problems and lend a helping hand. I can truly say it has been an honor to park next to him these past few years.
