With a little luck, it should be all orange in a couple, three weeks. Should be a serious orange crush.

Hey Alan how about we throw a little of that waterbourne paint on this one. I tried talking Sam into it on the deuce but he was worried when it rained the puddle under the car would be blue. Like he'll ever have it in the rain. No honestly the system works great. Let me know, it will be orange soon.

Funny car guys use water based paint because it ends up being lighter, due to no primer/sealer needed I believe?

I posed this question to my reps. He spent 1/2 a day weighing toner from both water and petro systems and there are to many variables to conclude which one weighs less.
As far as benefits, I believe some time in the near future most if not all shops will by law have to use water based product. Where we are located my boss chose to switch due to air quality permits. I've been spraying water for almost a year and it works and looks great. I don't see any down side to using it.

Yeah Joe, I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday ! I've painted with water colors before and my Momma was able to get all of it out of my clothes, shoes, hair, floor, teeth, dog, etc. with just a little soap, water, and elbow grease !!
