[ QUOTE ] The first couple cars are for DarrenX33. ![]() [/ QUOTE ]WOW! Thank you Kendall.. Who's SS is that. Anyone know the specifics?? ![]() [/ QUOTE ] The 70 blue L78 RS/SS Camaro belongs to Terry Penningtons little brother Scott. When Scott got the car it was a rust free, basket case, real SS396. It was Hugger Orange with a black interior and black back panel. He figured three H.O. cars in the family was too many so he bought a blue parts car and changed the colors to blue on blue. Nice looking car. Scott qualified at 13.0 Friday then ran a 12.85 Saturday in his shootout. He had some trouble later with the clutch pedal sticking to the floor. Not too bad for its first time out.

Hello, I was wondering if you could e mail me your pics of the nova and chevelle race? I was there and my camera died and wasn't able to take any pics. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris

Had the usual great time yet again! Good to see Neil Robbins again. My car finally tickled the 11's at Stanton. Something that had always eluded me. Rob is so close It's just a matter of time!(pun intended) Chevrolet was well represented again, as the top three spots were Chev. Again, any of you folks that have never been to this event. It's a must. Just like the reunion is a must!
Thanks for posting the pix. Maybe I can get a copy of the timing tower with JJ and I??? Peter |

When Scott got the car everything was apart. No engine, no trans, sub frame off etc. It did have the 4 speed hole in the floor.
