Off topic..Those are 3 digit Tokheim 39 "Short" gas pumps.
They were prominent in the 1950's and used mainly in rural areas. In general,a 39 "Short" in decent shape today brings $500 +. I would imagine the ones in this MOTiON pic,if found today & MOTiON documented could bring substanially more.The majority of the 39 "Shorts" had no ad glass below the face plate,but it was a scarcely available option..THOSE DO. Those 20" Revere island bonnet porcelain lamps are just as deseriable as those pumps today. WOW! ![]() ![]() |
