I think THIS will hit a soft spot for him. I had the pleasure to see the car in Atco around '89 when he owned it. Now he can own it once again!

Looks nice other than they added hideaway headlights which weren't available with colored bumpers (and were not on my old car) and magnum 500 wheels which also were wrong for a hemi car in 71. Neat piece otherwise. Now if they would only make a model of a car I currently have!!!

The models are prototypes. Your old car will be built per spec, rest assured.

Do you have any contacts with the makers to see if they want another hemi charger to model for them? I tried to join their website but they require a "subscription" to be purchased to log in.

Which site you're talking about?
Or you can tell me about your thoughts and I'll post it on the site, as there's people who are connected. |

I guess it's the Highway 61 site that you have the link to.

To tell you the truth, I cannot find the Highway 61 site, only the Diecastpub site.
If you let me know your concerns, I can post them on the diecast site or put you in touch with someone in-the-know. Or why not register on the diecast site and introduce yourself as the former owner of the car? ![]() |
