I have a bunch of brake metering blocks to clear out.
$125 - your choice.

If you have a picture of exactly which one you need that would help.
I have master mounted, frame mounted, disc, drum, power, manual - You name it. Over 100 to choose from.
Lots of different configurations, years, and styles.
Most will include mounting bracket, and correct attachment screw. Guarenteed to function properly.

I do not have any of the rear blocks.

That is one thing I forgot to grab all these years.
