Anyone good at decoding a POP? See Attached.

Is the R on the first line of data, 3 on the second line and 1 on the third line? If so R is Rochester (for the carb) 3 is the build month (March), Last digit should be a little chevrolet bowtie, not a 1.

BZ0222G 12 bolt, 2.73 open

Is that last digit of the VIN a 2? Hard to tell....
