1971 block casting, but still not a bad price for a ready to run engine with 074 heads.

Would that be the same block as a 71 LS6 Corvette? With the 074 heads as well. Just a shorter stroke crank?

Yes.
Same block &amp; heads as L-88 Corvette &amp; 1971 LS-6 Corvette.
The Pistons-Camshaft-Crankshaft-Intake were the difference between the two.
