Decoded my cowl tag but still have a couple numbers I don't know. Here's what I got. 72 nova v8 2dr sedan, willow run, black custom bench, antique white, built 4th week of Jan. After the build date I have "A 2 0394" any ideas? Thank You.

The 'A' indicates that the remainder of the interior items are black, ie; kick panels, dash pad, door panels, head liner, etc...
The '2' indicates the number of exterior body moldings. So, out of the possible 4 moldings - your car should have 2 of them. The 4 moldings are; drip rail, door frame, body side, and rocker. The last 4 digit number is unknown, but research indicates that it's some sort of tracking number. I have studied this code on the Deuces, and although it's only a 3 week production window, that 4 digit number increases linearly with the body sequence number until there is either a color change or transmission change.
