Kelsey paid for all the shipping and had UPS or Fedex pick them up on their call tag.

Same here, Kelsey paid for all the shipping and they came Fed Ex. They would not pre-inspect the tires as they are all prewrapped in plastic. If you want these tires you have no choice that I know of. They are the only ones who make the tires. You can buy them from a re-seller, but they are all coming from Kelsey. You could not tell the tires were defective until you washed all the BLUE protectant off. If I had to do it all over again I would because I wanted the tires and they look better than the Firestone Sports Car 200's IMO

I must consider myself lucky. I purchased five Goodyear Polyglas GT F60's from Kelsey Tire and each of them were perfect.
