I owned a 70 Chevelle SS396 back in 1979-had 2 buildsheets in the same place as this one. Even back then the sheet was yellowed! I took one before I sold the car for $550-still have one copy of the build sheet though! Bought it in 79 for $600 and drove it for a year and sold it for $550. 396 350 hp bench seat 4 speed with 3.31 12 bolt-all cowl stuff was there along with lots of rust.

That's a seat trim sheet.
Try looking for the buildsheet behind the door & rear panels-behind seat backs-under package tray cardboard-inside Headliner & ear muffs-under both Ft. & Rear seat buns-top of Gas tank-under carpeting-under floor sound deadner-under the dash & dashpad-taped to top of the radio-kick panels-engine the compartment wheel wells to fender area too.

I haven't seen any Kansas Leeds Plant Buildsheets cut in half.
Framingham Mass. plant is where some were razored into a 1/3rd during seat construction.
