i'm also looking into moving from socal to either casa grande or tempe area.i used to live in scottsdale "Mcormick ranch" area near the pima indian reservation back in 85.it sure was nice there back then the only thing i hated was the lack of freeways and highways.so how is tempe or casa grande are they nice areas ?? is it expensive to live in either town.

Tempe is fairly built out from what I've seen...Bilede would be able to answer your question better, as he lives in Tempe. Casa Grande has some really nice new areas being built.

Charley,
City is Peoria...the extreme northwest portion of Peoria. Housing like I posted goes anywhere from mid 400's to over 2 1/2 million....Keith Foulke bought his house for right around 2 mil (the reason I know is the house he bought was my former bosses house)

Ed, there are a few for sale...but there are quite a few lots still available, too. I can show you around...Call me Friday afternoon or Friday night and we'll figure something out.
