What is a "Extremely rare 69 RS Z28 with dealer option crossram manifold." ?

One of 107 made for SCCA racing designed by Smokey Uynik.

You would think people would check for proper spelling.

Is this a real crossram car? I would think that it would be bring a lot more money. Friend told me that this car was on ebay a couple of weeks ago, but didn't reach the reserve. Any thoughts?

"Dealer option" stated twice. You'd think there would be paperwork shown to back that claim.

I agree Darren, some kind of receipt from the dealership parts counter would be nice.

If it had that paperwork it would be pretty "real". But not "factory".

There really is no such thing as a factory crossram car. It was an over the counter part that you could order and some people did when they ordered the car, but it was never a factory installed option so don't be misled.
