Default Old issues of Camaro Enthusiast

I was just looking at some old (92-93) issues of Camaro Enthusiast and it occurred to me that some of the cars I was reading about now probably belong to people on this site. The "for sale" sections are full of great cars at great 1992 prices! They even raffled off a ZL-1. The issue I am looking at ha a red '68 Yenko Camaro as the feature car and a '69 Z/28 JL-8 offered for $21k in the classifieds. Also a 18,000 mile Z/28 for $25k. I would say those were the days but it really wasn't that long ago!

Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda, If WE ALL HAD known these kind of escalating prices were coming we would have "mortgaged the farm" and bought everything under the sun.....Some people here DID !!!!!!!!

I was looking also at some recently. Wonder what happened to the Butternut Yellow 67 Yenko we did? I see someone here bought the Tahoe Turquoise Nickey we did.
Rumor is the guy that won the ZL1 sold it for $63K. Talk about kicking yourself in the A$$. Also gave away a killer big block Pace Car we did in house, A 69 Z28 done in house, all scored high golds. We also gave away a real 63 Z11 lightweight through Late Great, and raffled a half dozen 70 LS6s through the Chevelle club. Wonder if the winners kept them?

Jeez I remember the Z 11 raflle...it wasn't technically a raffle...you got a poster or something for your donation. !!! I didn't win it.

Yeah, it was illegal to sell the ticket, so the poster was sold and the you got a ticket with each poster.

I've run into almost all the 1970 Chevelle LS6 winners.
Most still have them, one sold, another disassembled.
The black LS6 owner recently bought some parts off of me & stays in touch.
That NCOA club was my religion for awhile there.
That Z16 Raffle was a hell of a ride!
Mark couldn't give that car away...

What happened to the NCOA? I was a member for awhile a long time ago.

I sure miss the USCC club as well. The Camaro Enthusiast magazine was in my opinion one of the BEST formats ever for a club issue!!

Now, I still belong to NCRS, but sure miss the USCC club.

If I can ask, what ever happened to the USCC? I still have all those magazines and refer to many of them frequently.

I found "Little Hoss" in that magazine, in the for sale ads.
