As far as I recall, the different colors related to which shift did the inspection, orange for day and green for night. My Z11 had its "T" in the same exact spot under the cowl tag, though right side up. It had its "P" and "B" behind the a/c box.

If both doors were painted,maybe the car was lettered-up at one time(?).

My understanding is that it was listed in the wrong category, so ebay removed it. The car is to be relisted on ebay tonight and is still for sale. That would be a nice one to certify through Vintage...
