While we are on this Yenko Crest discussion, can I ask some
of the members here a question or two about the original 1969 model year emblems? What was the original cast metal? (alum., white metal, ?) Were the original emblems attached with castle nuts on cast posts, or stick-on? From this topic I already learned that the original Crest emblem had no part number. Does anyone have a good image of an original Yenko Crest emblem that they can share? I'd like to see the front and the back sides if possible. Lastly, I'm building a collection of original "Super car" emblems and I'd like to get an original Crest, if humanly possible. Does anyone know of any in existance? I'll bet they are like hens teeth to find. I'd be very interested in learning more about these emblems. ![]() Thanks, Steve

Who owns the rights to this style Yenko crest, if anyone?
![]() I've seen it pretty much duplicated in print media (car magazine ads)all over...the only difference is the name in the middle of the design. In fact, there is a local car dealer here in Phoenix that's using the above "crest"...the only change is that the name of the current dealership is in the middle instead of Yenko. Opinions? ![]()

That crest design was very popular back in the day, so many dealers used the design with their name in the middle.
Original emblems can be found, but usually by word of mouth - especially the '69 version. The black/chrome version can be found sometimes on ebay, I had purchased two NOS ones for my car via ebay about 5 years ago.
