I don't know. Different room, different decor, I figured. Look at the top image where the window is with the blind about 20% down, the location of the fireplace and the deck and lawn chairs.

Then look at the image with the dogs out the window. Looks like the same hedges, the same deck chair, and the window with the blind looks the same as well. Also, the location of the fireplace for that corner room.

Maybe if I can actually find a better shielded monitor cable, I'd see things more clearly, since it's usually fairly easy to see if an image has been altered if it's clear. Of course, if that's a real image from someone else's house, then it just would be fake in the way you suggested--not the house and not in that ad. Anyway, funny stuff. :-)
