How rare are 74 motion Firebirds/Trans Am's

The reason I ask is because there is a 74 firebird, LS7, Turbo 400, 12 bolt with 448's, fiberglass nose, etc that is a real BM car around where I am. Car is not for sale but owner has no interest. I want to buy the car. The body is rusted, and the entire car will need TLC. I just want to know what offer to make. Any assistance is appreciated.

Can't be a Baldwin Car as the dealership was no longer in business for the '74 Model year. Could still be a Motion car however.
