That is a good picture that was taken on a good day. That lot was hit by thieves a few times who stole tires and engine parts. They left new 427 COPO cars sitting wheelless in the mud!

Take a ride down there and you'll see the whole area fenced off with radioactive signs all over - the industrial park made the stuff for the atomic bombs or something!
