Default ...for Joe G. re: Tire/ Wheel sizes

Hey Joe,

...you know, I've been fretting having to choose a tire/ wheel set-up for my '69 SS 427 Chevelle - cragars?, TT's?, rallies?, SS mags?, 15-8's?, 15-10's?, 14-7's - I've added several gray hairs to my head already...

Anyway,..I really like the set-up as seen in the original photos of your '69 Motion Chevelle and thought you could tell me what they are/ were? rim size & tire sizes?

Thanks, Edward.

**FYI - posted a pic of your car on the DiecastPub forum this evening...

I wouldn't loose too much sleep over this. Most of the guys I know, including myself, own several pairs of wheels and tires for their car. Why not start with some stock ralley wheels and buy the others ones/sizes from there. That's the way it worked for many when these were new. The ralley wheel is a nice baseline to go with. Changing the look with wheels is fun.

Cheers to you!

Paul
