Default Alternator Case Bolts (Head Markings) 837 / 1970

Are the assy line 1100837 Delco Alternator Case Bolts (x4) consistant with their head marking or do they change thru out the different runs..........

Are the head markings a judged point in LEGENDS scoring ????

Ive misplaced my originals and need to source "something" correct

Hi Chuck

Here's a look at what I have - 837 alternator not restored. All the case bolts are the same with a pretty distinctive capital R.

I am not sure it matters what head mark you have on the bolt just as long as it has a head mark. Like any other part on the car many different head marks were used during assembly. My "P" head mark is from a low milage 1969 Z/28.

I restore a lot of alternators......Olds, Buick and some Chevy for the most part. Quite a variety of head markings on the '60's/70's alts. Pic shows some of them I have.
