This car is whisper quiet for having dual exhaust. It does have some large resonators though.

Back in the day our neighbour had a red '66 Wildcat 4 speed which he drove hard...real hard. My Dad hated him for that! Rod sold the Buick, bought a '68 SS396 Camino, sold it and bought Yellow COPO '69 Camaro that was a graduation gift to a kid in southern Alberta.

'65 was the last year for a 4-speed in a Wildcat, but perhaps someone installed one in that '66. He certainly climbed up the performance car ladder!

Here’s a couple Art Kemp Buick Ads w/ ‘66 Wildcats. Also Grant, if you haven’t seen them yet, there’s currently a Kemp Buick Opel Pin on eBoy as first link below, second link a 05/25 Buick site posting w/ what appears to be a 68/69 Art Kemp Buick Salesman’s Postcard being offered free to anyone w/ a car from there. eBoy link… https://www.ebay.com/itm/12764191170...Bk9SR8zs8J-JZw V8Buick.com link… https://www.v8buick.com/index.php?th...urg-pa.399769/ ![]() ~ Pete .
