Does anyone have any info on this dealership? My 69 L78 nova was ordered there

Found the Cross Chevrolet address listed as 201 Burkesville Rd. Albany in a Buick Dealer directory w/ note operations ended in 1972 but looking up the # 201 address, it's a residence built in 1950 so # noted possibly a mistake? Also found a listing for Polston-Perdue Chevy/Buick beginning in '72 @ 210 Burkesville Rd. so most likely where Cross had been located too? Polston's Chevy Zone/Dealer Code was 22/480 but I'm expecting Cross had a different #?  ~ Pete .
