Correct for non A/C Big block Applications for L34 396, L78 396, LS3 400/402, LS5 454 and LS6 with 3.31 gear ratio.

I sanded it down for you Ted with Elbow Grease and applied some black Primer.
Looks Even better now !!

Nice piece. Just curious - is this is the correct style for the 3-row radiator?

yes absolutely, common for 2 row big block and 3 row big blocks.
4 row heavy duty or A/C cars had the welded tab on the drivers side to hold a wider 4 row radiator
