Got my NCRS paperwork today & it say's Dealer code 423 in Zone 5. Has an Original Bill Allen Emblem on the back but the paperwork say's Bill Ireland Chevrolet Kansas City Missouri. Is that Correct ???

It may have been ordered by Bill Ireland Chevrolet and then traded to Bill Allen as a dealer swap, or the emblem could have been added at any time as a used car. In any case, the NCRS doesn’t lie.

Very common to see dealer trades like this especially with dealers so close together. Common for the new dealer to install their own name plate on the vehicle also.
