			Rich - 1st time I had them coated they turned brown/black on first firing and then flaked off there after.  They just were not done at all correctly.  Only issue so far with this current coating is a change to yellow and the coating is very strong and apparently durable so far.  It is uniform in color although the collectors are still orange. 			Thanks, those racing photos were my inspiration for returning the Chevelle to its as-raced configuration.  Glad that the OO, Wayne, had the presence of mind to keep all the good stuff from the car’s early life. 
		
		
		
			I took the car to the exhaust shop and had the Super Scavengers hooked up to the mufflers. It’s a tad quieter now!
