NOS or Used Corvette Stainless License Plate Frame

Looking for 1 or 2 very nice original or NOS stainless steel license plate frame for a C3, I believe these came on all 65-82 Corvette's.

Can you tell a difference between a nos and repo ? I use the repos.

Originals are magnetic. I believe repos are not.
