Just an fyi, GM only sold the pad over the counter attached to a bumper. No listing for a pad without a bumper in any parts books.

I can confirm the same thing. Many years ago, I had a friend that wanted a NOS pad went to the dealer and they only listed the whole bumper with the pad.
