Default Crower cam specs needed

Does anyone have the specs for an old Crower cam #76-310F for a 409? I have the cam card but all it gives is 310deg dur, 510" lift and lash settings. I'd like to know the rest of the specs.
(don't waste your time on the Crower site - it isn't there.)

I hope you come up with something. I have a catalog from the late '60s and it's already removed.

That's great info but the 310FB is .540" lift. Mine is a 310F and has .510" lift.
I know the original owner installed that cam in '65. I guess I need an older catalog.

Sorry. It was actually '64 according to this receipt.

He saved EVERYTHING!

I have a lot more 35mm color photos taken in the day.
