Whats the casting number on the block and the casting date? Can you get a pic of the fuel line down near the engine mount?

BIG </div></div> That's what I was thinking when I heard him rev it a little and I see 8K.. Lol. Great look car! </div></div> Those aftermarket tachs had a switch or wire loop so that you could run them on 4 cyl, 6 cyl or 8s. I would check the internal wiring to make sure it is set for an 8 cyl. Good Luck, Grandpa kept the car looking nice!

To be truthful, the resto was included when he bought it. Though he does know how to work on cars. Used to rebuild cars from the junk yard and sell them. I think it's off because when the car was restored, it had a points distributor, but dad and I put an MSD HEI distributor in it. Maybe there was something we forgot to do.

It won't matter for a few years, but will 15x7s work with Polyglas L60s? I want to go bias-ply when the radials go bad. I know bias tires aren't as good handling, but I also know they aren't as evil as some make them out to be.

Here's some new pictures of it. Now they're HD because I figured out my camera (you'd think a 15 year old would know how to mess with the settings immediately. Nope- took 5 years of having the camera to realize how to set it to 1080p)
