The problem is that today there a lot more restored mid level Mopars than there were years ago. During the 2000's people were restoring every rotted out POS 383 Road Runner they could get their hands on, cars that would have barely qualified as parts donors in the 90's.

And now, while fast forwarding through my pre-recorded mecum harrisburg footage, I see a 70 hemi coronet hardtop in green, go for $300K!!!!!!!!!!

I know the car is rare, but would have figured something lower than that.
If anything, I think hemi cars are doing better...
