Default Paint code

Went to look at a buddies car collection today, and noticed on one of his 67 Vettes, there is the paint code of 001HG. I've tried searching numerous places for any sort of answer but cannot find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May not be but sounds like the eBay advertised car w/ 'restoration motor' and questionable tag discussed here on this site also the 'Vette forum in 04/05, links below.
Being a '67, does he have the tank sheet?
