Pavilions Cruise 5/11/2013
Temps today were flirting with the 100's, but at least there was a breeze! But we still had fun and got to check out some cool cars.
Drove the Camaro over to Scottsdale today with Gary Blythe, who drove his Z06 Corvette. Bruce and Holly arrived a bit later. We met up with Shawn P, Kevin D, Rich, Frank, and Bob A. Seems we missed Joe and Michele, but they probably did not know Gary and I did not drive our old iron. Later in the evening, we met up with the Dave, Nancy, and Greg at Cherry On Top in North Scottsdale for the inaugural cruise night there. Since it is heating up here, Pavilions was not as crowded as it normally is and won't be until fall. This is probably the last Saturday we will be heading over there for a few months, but we'll be hitting some closer (to us) cruise venues. Tonight was Camaro Night and Pontiac Night. Yeah, we must have just missed you guys. I do think I scored some rust free sheet metal for my 55 88 custom project though......
